How to Submit Your Mid-Term Report
Processing Time
Checklist update processing times vary with application volume. Near deadlines, submitted materials may take up to two weeks to appear as “received” in your applicant portal.
The Mid-Term Report is completed by the applicant for the courses in which you are enrolled at the time of your application. If midterm grades are not available when you apply, the report should be submitted as soon as grades become available.
If your college does not assign midterm grades, you should speak with your instructors and ask them to provide an assessment of your current performance in class. If you are unable to obtain a grade or assessment, you must submit a written explanation. Explanations should be uploaded through the document uploader on your Applicant Portal.
- (Preferred method) Complete and submit the Mid-Term Report form, linked to your checklist, in your Applicant Portal.
Note: The Applicant Portal is only accessible after your application has been submitted and processed. Login is required. (Alternate method) If you have a PDF copy or another version of a completed Mid Term Report, it may be emailed to applicant@cornell.edu or submitted by postal mail addressed to:
