Q: I've been trying to apply online, but I can't seem to find the supplemental forms I need, such as the teacher recommendations, mid-year report, or the secondary school report. Where can I get these?
A: All the forms can be downloaded on the Common Application site.
We also have a web page where you can download the complete freshman and transfer application booklets. These booklets are mostly for informational purposes, and we encourage you to use online forms whenever possible.
You'll have to use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these forms, but there's a link on this page to download it if you don't already have it. If all else fails and you still can't seem to get to the forms, contact us to request the forms through the traditional U.S. mail.
