How to Submit Your College Transcript

Please allow 5 business days for application materials to be added to your checklist.

We require your official transcripts from all colleges attended. Official transcripts must be signed or stamped with an official seal of the institution. In order to be considered official, they must be sent using one of the following methods:

  • Postal mail or delivery service in an envelope that has been sealed by the issuing institution. 
  • Common Application transcript request form found in the "Academic History" section of the Common Application
  • Online document delivery services.  Cornell University Undergraduate Admissions Office will accept college transcripts sent via:
    • Parchment
    • SCOIR
    • eSCRIP-SAFE
    • National Student Clearinghouse
