Cornell University Plans to Reactivate the Ithaca Campus
Cornell University plans to reactivate the Ithaca campus for the fall 2020 semester. Classes are set to begin September 2. Cornell will take a hybrid approach to a residential semester (with in-person, online, and hybrid teaching modalities), robust virus testing, and modifications to the academic calendar that will allow students to return home for Thanksgiving and finish the semester remotely. For more information, please view a statement issued by President Pollack on June 30 and visit the COVID-19 and Reactivation Planning website.
