Self-Service and Processing Delay Update

Cornell has received and is currently processing a very large volume of application materials. During our peak application processing period, our staff will be unable to respond to phone calls or email inquiries about application materials. For the next several weeks we will devote all of our time and effort toward getting freshman applications to selection committees so that they may be given a thorough review. By mid-February, when processing nears completion, we will notify you if we are missing materials from your application, and we will provide you with an opportunity to complete your application. In the meantime, please do not send duplicate copies of your application materials.
 
You can expect to receive an email with your ApplicantID in the next two weeks. With your ApplicantID, you can check the status of your application via your online application status account at https://admissions.cornell.edu/apply/first-year-applicants/check-application-status. You are also welcome to submit any supplemental materials using this link: https://forms.admissions.cornell.edu/webform/admissions/submit.php. This will ensure that supplemental information is immediately added to your admission file. Supplemental materials must be submitted by February 15, 2018.
