Learning to step back. I used to struggle with trusting my team. Through Circle K, Feeney-Menschel activities, and Meinig, I've learned to share responsibility and let my team grow with me.
I've become more level-headed, more open to different perspectives, and more independent. I even procrastinate less, and I'm super proud of that!
