For disability accommodations, please email cornelldays@cornell.edu as soon as possible. Advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs.
Individuals who require accessible parking can park in any accessible parking spot on campus as long as they have their state-issued accessible tag/placard on their vehicle; there are no reservations for these spaces. There are a handful of accessible parking spaces in the Lynah/Teagle Parking lot (located next to Lynah Rink) as well as a handful of spots in the Fieldhouse parking lot, located directly next to Bartels Hall. These would be the two closest lots next to our check-in location in Bartels Hall. We also have a number of accessible parking spots located directly in front of our Tang Welcome Center, which is where campus tours depart from. Our recommendation would be to park in one of the lots closer to Bartels Hall for check-in.
The admitted student campus tour is one hour.
Residence halls are not included in admitted student campus tours since our residence halls are at full occupancy. We encourage you to find more information about our residence halls on the Housing website. If you have specific questions related to residential life at Cornell, we encourage you to reach out to our Housing & Residential Life Office at housing@cornell.edu.
Given the number of visitors expected to attend the program, we are unable to offer individual financial aid appointments. We encourage you to reach out to the Financial Aid Office during the week at 607-255-5145 or by email at finaid@cornell.edu to set up an individual appointment with a member of their team.
The Cornell Days program is held rain or shine. While most of the events are held indoors, our campus tours take place outdoors and visitors should dress for the weather conditions that day.
All individual events in the Cornell Days program are within a 15-20 minute walk around campus from the check-in location. Since most guests will either end their day at Bartels Hall or on Ho Plaza (the ending location for the campus tour), we encourage you to leave your car parked in your original parking location (Crescent Lot or Hoy Road Parking Garage), which will be the closest parking lots to those locations. Please see additional information about general visitor parking.
While Cornell Days visitors can expect all eateries listed on their meal ticket to be open, you can also find a full list on our dining website.
