My favorite class is one I am taking this semester, titled BIOAP3200 Veterinary Anatomy. It is an advanced course in canine anatomy with some additional comparative anatomy. We get to experience lectures from one of the Cornell Vet professors and then follow it with a canine dissection in the lab. Being able to use hands-on strategies to identify the structures we just learned about in lecture is incredibly useful for active recall and exploration. It is also extremely helpful in preparing for the courses I will be enrolled in during veterinary school, as it is the most applicable course I have taken during my time here.
