My go-to place to eat on campus has to be Appel! They keep their menu simple but always rotating. Additionally, because of my clubs and classes at night, their hours work perfectly for my schedule, and I know I can always have a meal. My favorite thing has to be the Appel Bowl. I get rice and tofu with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, chimichurri, and sour cream. A vegetarian option is always nice to have!
