One of my favorite Cornell memories is spending time outside during the winter after a fresh snowfall. Cornell's campus becomes incredibly quiet and beautiful when everything is covered in snow. Walking through the gorges, across the suspension bridges, or along the paths near Beebe Lake on a cold winter day has a way of slowing everything down for a moment. Moments like that remind me how unique Cornell's environment is and why it is such a memorable place to spend time.
