Checklist update processing times vary with application volume. Near deadlines, submitted materials may take up to two weeks to appear as “received” in your applicant portal.
Your counselor or designated school official should submit your mid-year grades from 12th grade when available. We understand that schools are on varying schedules and may not be able to send the transcript by the required materials deadline, so this outstanding item will not keep your application from being reviewed. We also understand that some applicants attending schools on a trimester schedule may not have new grade information to report at the time of submission; in those cases, mid-year grades do not need to be sent.
To be considered official, mid-year grades must be sent using one of the following methods:

Please use only one submission method. Do not send duplicate copies unless instructed to do so by an admissions representative.
