How to Submit Your School Report

Please allow 5 business days for application materials to be added to your checklist below.

The School Report form should be completed by your high school counselor or school official and submitted with your high school transcript. The School Report must be sent using one of the following methods:

  • Common Application recommender invitation tool on the "Recommendations" tab
  • Postal mail or courier service in a sealed envelope signed across the seal
  • Email recevied directly from a school official sent to
  • Online document delivery services. Cornell University Undergraduate Admissions Office will accept high school transcripts sent via
    • Parchment
    • SCOIR
