How to Submit Your College Report
Processing Time
Checklist update processing times vary with application volume. Near deadlines, submitted materials may take up to two weeks to appear as “received” in your applicant portal.
A dean, registrar, advisor, or another college official who has access to your records must complete the College/Registrar Report. The form should be filled out as completely as possible, and the background information section is required. Cornell University cannot review your application without a completed College/Registrar Report.
- (Preferred method) Invite a college official to complete and submit your College/Registrar Report on your behalf by using the form available, linked to your checklist, in your Applicant Portal.
Note: The Applicant Portal is only accessible after your application has been submitted and processed. Login is required. - (Alternate method) If you have a PDF copy or another version of a completed College Report it may be emailed to by your school official to applicant@cornell.edu or submitted by your school official in a sealed envelope via postal mail addressed to:
