How to Submit Your Mid-Year Report Transcript

Processing Time

Checklist update processing times vary with application volume. Near deadlines, submitted materials may take up to two weeks to appear as “received” in your applicant portal.

Your counselor or designated school official should submit your mid-year grades from 12th grade, when available. We understand that some applicants attending schools on a trimester schedule may not have new grade information to report at the time of submission; in those cases, mid-year grades do not need to be sent.

To be considered official, mid-year grades must be sent using one of the following methods:

  • (Preferred method) Online document delivery services. Cornell University Undergraduate Admissions will accept mid-year reports sent via:
    • The Common Application
    • Parchment (including Naviance portals)
    • SCOIR
    • Slate.org
  • (Alternate method) If you are unable to send your mid-year report via online/electronic delivery service, your school may send it by postal mail or delivery service in an envelope sealed by the issuing institution, addressed to:

    First-Year Admissions
    Cornell University
    410 Thurston Avenue
    Ithaca, NY 14850

Please use only one submission method. Do not send duplicate copies unless instructed to do so by an admissions representative.
