Studying Abroad in Toulouse, France

I’ll never forget my experience of studying abroad and living in France's ‘pink city.’ I’ll remember my time abroad as those nostalgic halcyon days of the past when I had to explore and adventure into unfamiliar streets and stores. Utilizing the duality of my bilingualism in English and Spanish, I remember being shy because I did not speak French. Yet, the language never hindered my integration into school life or Toulouse, France.

My Semester Abroad

Hi, my name is Bentley Wong. I am a junior at the ILR school from Queens, New York City. One of the highlights of my time at ILR thus far has been the opportunity to study abroad in Dublin, Ireland. Through the unique partnership between the University College of Dublin and the ILR School, I was able to enrich my understanding of labor relations issues, particularly within the European Union context, while fostering new friendships both abroad and within the ILR School.
